Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll and Absence
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to Oracle HCM applications.
Conduct functional workshops, user training, and user acceptance testing.
Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and reports.
Support data migration, integration with other systems, and system upgrades.

🎯 Requirements

Graduation / MBA
5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence)
Skills in data migration and system integration
Business requirements analysis
Functional documentation and training
