Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll and Absence
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to Oracle HCM applications.
Conduct functional workshops, user training, and user acceptance testing.
Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and reports.
Support data migration, integration with other systems, and system upgrades.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud
Bachelor's degree (Graduation) or MBA.
Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management.
Experience with data migration and system integration.
Strong business requirements analysis skills.
Ability to create functional documentation and provide training.
