Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll and Absence
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to Oracle HCM applications
Conduct functional workshops, user training, and user acceptance testing
Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and reports
Support data migration, integration with other systems, and system upgrades

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud solutions (Core HR, Payroll (KSA), Absence)
Experience with data migration and system integration
Ability to conduct business requirements analysis
Functional documentation and training experience
Excellent client interaction and presentation skills
