Oracle HCM Cloud Programme Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM/ERP/EPM programmes
• Act as primary client interface, building trusted relationships
• Define scope, objectives, and business outcomes
• Lead and motivate delivery teams to perform at pace
• Develop robust programme plans aligned to MAXIMISE methodology
• Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement at senior levels

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite (HCM/ERP/EPM)
• Strong background in programme and project methodologies (MSP, PRINCE2)
• Experience managing fixed-price engagements and commercial delivery
• Deep understanding of governance, reporting, and scope control
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead, influence and drive outcomes across complex environments
