Order Management Manager

📋 Description

• Independently manage end-to-end order processing (validation, booking, releases).
• Review contracts, pricing, and terms for accurate order entry and revenue integrity.
• Resolve complex order issues impacting bookings, fulfillment, invoicing, or compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Fulfillment, and Product to drive timely fulfillment.
• Perform internal audits and quality checks to ensure revenue controls and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and workflow optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Order Management, Billing, Revenue Operations, or Order-to-Cash.
• Proven ability to manage complex global transactions with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of revenue controls, audit requirements, and booking compliance.
• ERP and CRM systems proficiency (Salesforce, D365, SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (Excel, Sigma, or similar).
• Ability to influence stakeholders and resolve issues in ambiguity.
