Order Management Manager

📋 Description

• Independently manage end-to-end order processing: validation, booking, amendments, corrections, releases.
• Review contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure accurate order entry and revenue integrity.
• Resolve complex order issues affecting bookings, fulfillment, invoicing, or compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Fulfillment, and Product to remove blockers and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Perform internal audits and quality checks for revenue controls and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, including automation and workflow optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Order Management, Billing, Revenue Ops, or Order-to-Cash.
• Independently manage complex global transactions with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of revenue controls, audit requirements, and booking compliance.
• ERP/CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP, NetSuite).
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and Sigma.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and resolve issues in ambiguity.
