Order Management Manager

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end order processing: validation, booking, amendments, corrections, releases.
• Review contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure accurate orders and revenue integrity.
• Resolve complex order issues affecting bookings, fulfillment, invoicing, or compliance.
• Partner with Sales, Ops, Finance, Warehouse, and Product to remove blockers and enable timely fulfillment.
• Conduct internal audits and quality checks for revenue controls.
• Drive continuous improvement with automation and workflow optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Order Management, Billing, Revenue Ops, or O2C.
• Independently manage complex global transactions with minimal supervision.
• Revenue controls, audit requirements, and booking compliance.
• ERP/CRM proficiency: Salesforce, D365, SAP, NetSuite, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, Sigma, or similar tools.
• Continuous improvement mindset with process enhancements or automation.
