Order Management Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day order management activities to ensure opportunities are converted to revenue
• Review and approve sales opportunities submitted through the gatekeeper process, ensuring
• Support order processing activities within CRM and ERP platforms.
• Partner with Sales teams to guide them through order submission requirements and improve
• Manage purchase order (PO) validation, tracking, and related customer documentation requirements.
• Process requests related to customer account creation, maintenance, modifications, and account

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Order Management, Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Sales Operations, Revenue
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including order processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
