Purchase Order management: assist Buyers in writing and loading orders.
Maintain master data for items, liaising with suppliers.
Manage order confirmations with suppliers; track cancellations and price changes.
Support buying review processes.
Delivery tracking: own delivery schedule and inform teams of key dates.
Identify and escalate late deliveries or at-risk shipments to Buying.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in Merch or Buying Admin or upstream planning.
Experience with ERP systems: SAP, Dynamics 365, Oracle.
Comfortable with dynamic environments and broad stakeholders.
Organised and methodical; Kaizen exposure preferred.
Fluent in English; Italian and French are a plus.
