Order Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Purchase Order Management: assist buyers in writing and loading orders
• Maintain master data for items with suppliers
• Manage order confirmations with suppliers; track changes and cancellations
• Buying review
• Deliveries tracking: own delivery schedule; align dates with teams
• Escalate late deliveries and at-risk shipments
• Exceptions/Query Management: support warehouse and AP with discrepancies

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Merch or Buying Admin / upstream planning
• Experience with ERP systems: SAP, Dynamics 365, Oracle
• Comfortable in dynamic environments; manage stakeholder networks
• Organised and methodical; Kaizen exposure
• Fluent in English; Italian and French a plus
