🎯 Requirements

• Proven, verifiable track record of building a social following from scratch — personal, brand, or
• A portfolio that includes breakthrough content — measurable virality, not just consistent posting.
• Hands-on production fluency: comfortable shooting and editing platform-native short-form video
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and entrepreneurially — prior experience as a creator
• Fluency in social platform mechanics and culture — not just what performs, but why, and what's
• Comfort with ambiguity and speed over process and polish; bias to ship over bias to deck.
