Organizational Change Manager - Senior

📋 Description

• Develop and execute organizational change management and business readiness strategies
• Conduct change impact, stakeholder readiness and organizational impact assessments
• Develop stakeholder engagement and communications strategies tailored to audiences
• Create executive briefings, presentations, change materials and readiness reporting
• Coordinate training, knowledge transfer, user guides, job aids, FAQs and learning resources
• Support user adoption, manage resistance, and identify change risks and mitigations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline
• 7+ years of professional Organizational Change Management experience
• 7+ years developing and implementing OCM strategies and communication materials
• 7+ years leading OCM for organizational or digital transformation initiatives
• At least 2 years implementing citizen service portals or comparable platforms
• Experience using AI and Generative AI tools for change management activities
