Outbound Product Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and initiatives
• Define and refine product positioning with Marketing and Product
• Lead cross-functional GTM readiness across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Support
• Identify target customers for early validation; drive beta programs and validation
• Monitor product adoption, usage trends, and revenue performance
• Serve as commercialization lead for strategic deals and executive engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product mgmt, product marketing, or GTM in enterprise software/healthcare
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed org
• Strong analytical skills to interpret adoption and market data
• Excellent communication and storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience leading GTM readiness across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Support
• Experience driving structured beta programs and customer validation
