📋 Description

• Architect Multi-Agent Systems: Design the orchestration layers that enable multiple specialized
• Implement Automated Governance: Create the "guardrails" and policy engines that allow autonomous
• Engineer Context and Memory: Build the semantic infrastructure (knowledge graphs, vector stores)
• Build Rigorous Evaluation Frameworks: Develop the testing harness that defines success. Move beyond
• Design Self-Healing Loops: Connect observability data directly to agent actions, enabling systems
• Prototype and Deploy: Rapidly prototype new agentic tools and deploy them to production for both

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering skills, with the ability to automate one's own job and a focus on
• AI Researcher background with deep understanding of models, applied to messy, real-world production
• Game Engineer experience building complex simulations or games, understanding rules, entities, and
• Product Manager experience translating ambiguous user needs into rigorous deliverables and managing
• Platform/SRE engineering expertise in observability, reliability, and automation, with a desire to
• Designer ability to create with technology, building agentic systems that make more humane products
