📋 Description

• Provide accurate outpatient coding services that support client healthcare revenue cycle and
• Review clinical documentation and assign ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes at the highest level of
• Apply established coding guidelines and standards to ensure accurate and compliant code assignment.
• Identify the relationship between clinical documentation, code selection, and potential

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of outpatient Cath/IVR coding experience.
• Professional coding certification through AAPC (CPC or COC) or AHIMA (CCS or CCS-P).
• At least 6 months of professional on-the-job coding experience.
• Working knowledge of EMR, billing, and healthcare information systems.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding principles and ability to interpret coding guidelines.
• Ability to assign codes based on the highest level of supported specificity.
