📋 Description

• Lead, supervise and mentor multidisciplinary care team members to deliver high value, empathetic
• Stay current with the latest research and advances in dementia care and translate this knowledge to

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) and a
• 5+ years of clinical practice experience, with a focus on caring for older adults with cognitive
• An active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state including Washington state.
• Experience with and a genuine enjoyment of working within interdisciplinary care teams alongside a
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup or digital health environment. You think systematically
• Strong communication skills tailored for a remote-first environment, including comfort with
