📋 Description

• Outpatient home health visits for adults in senior living communities.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide rehabilitative care in living environments.
• Travel to designated senior living communities within the North Wilmington/Hockessin area.

🎯 Requirements

• Current DE Occupational Therapist license.
• Minimum of one year of OT experience; home care experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited OT program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
