Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist, SLP, Senior Living Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for speech
• Develop treatment plan based on evaluation, physician's orders, and recommended goals
• Continually assess and revise speech therapy care plan and participate with BAYADA clinicians in
• Educate and instruct patients, family members, or other representatives in rehabilitative care
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using state-of-the-art touch pad

🎯 Requirements

• current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in STATE
• certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association
• equivalent educational requirements and work experience for ASHA certificate
• completed necessary work and education requirements and in process of accumulating supervised work
• solid computer skills
