📋 Description

• Provide accurate insurance quotes by applying applicable underwriting rules, business requirements
• Rewrite and reinstate insurance policies in accordance with established underwriting and business
• Complete membership and insurance applications, endorsements, change forms, and other policy
• Accept and process customer payments at the point of sale while maintaining accurate account
• Provide responsive, customer-focused service through insurance and membership interactions
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to customers when additional information, clarification, or

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
• Current Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable state membership licenses when required by the department.
• Demonstrated experience providing high-quality, customer-focused service in a professional
• Experience navigating a Windows-based PC environment and working across multiple applications and
• Ability to interpret and apply information from multiple systems while managing concurrent customer

• Compensation: Starting rate of $21.75 per hour, plus bonuses and sales incentives.
