Packing and Dispensing Operative

📋 Description

• Pack and dispense materials and products according to specifications and quality standards
• Print labels adhering to the Certificate of Analysis and packing request details for the pack size
• Ensure all packaged goods are labelled accurately, sealed, bagged and meet regulatory requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area
• Choose and order solvents for dispensing oils, verify vacuum oven/freeze drier maintenance
• Dissolve material using dispensing calculator, dispense with new batch numbers into required pack

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience; additional certifications in logistics or supply
• Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or related field preferred
• Proficient in warehouse management systems and inventory software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment (certification may be required)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
