Paid Acquisition Lead

📋 Description

• Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as Meta
• Own the acquisition funnel end to end, diagnosing issues across targeting, creative, landing pages
• Continuously optimize landing pages and conversion flows in collaboration with Marketing and
• Build and manage retargeting audiences, first-party data audiences, lookalikes, and lead lists.
• Maintain accurate attribution and conversion tracking across Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag
• Develop and manage a structured testing roadmap, ensuring meaningful tests include a clear

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience personally managing paid campaigns with measurable conversion
• Ability to explain a complete acquisition journey from advertisement and landing page through
• Hands-on experience with at least two paid advertising platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads
• Practical experience with tracking and attribution technologies such as Meta Pixel, LinkedIn
• Strong understanding of the difference between advertising platform metrics and genuine business
• Comfortable challenging personal assumptions, testing hypotheses, learning from unsuccessful
