Paid Advertising Strategist

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end execution and performance of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as
• Build and manage campaigns from initial setup through ongoing optimization, ensuring accurate and
• Lead performance optimizations, including bid management, keyword research, ad copy development
• Manage client budgets and proactively recommend budget adjustments based on performance, pacing
• Conduct thorough quality assurance to minimize errors that could negatively affect client revenue
• Proactively identify opportunities, risks, and strategic recommendations before they become client

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of digital marketing experience, including approximately 1–2 years in an agency
• At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing two or more paid advertising channels.
• Practical experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn
• Demonstrated experience with campaign development and optimization, including bid optimization
• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and how paid media contributes to broader business
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office tools.
