📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of paid media campaigns and workflows across major digital advertising
• Build and configure campaign structures, audiences, feeds, catalogs, creative setups, reporting
• Translate customer requirements into clear implementation plans, launch timelines, and scalable
• Troubleshoot technical and operational challenges, partnering with Product, Support, Technical
• Identify opportunities to improve customer workflows through automation, templates, feeds
• Lead customer enablement through training, workshops, documentation, office hours, and hands-on

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on digital advertising experience, particularly in paid social, with direct experience
• Technical curiosity and confidence working with feeds, audiences, catalogs, tracking, reporting
• A methodical approach to troubleshooting complex platform and workflow issues, combined with strong
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Confidence analyzing campaign performance and translating data into practical recommendations
• Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers
