📋 Description

• Build and own the annual paid media plan, including channel mix, audience strategy, and testing
• Develop, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic and display
• Conduct ongoing keyword research and trend analysis to identify high-intent opportunities for
• Connect ad platforms with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to ensure accurate
• Monitor spend, pacing, and performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments and bid updates to
• Reach niche audiences while adhering to compliance, brand, and platform policy requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, directly managing performance-focused paid
• Deep expertise in search engine marketing (SEM) and intent-based keyword strategy, with a working
• Advanced hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Experience integrating ad channels with marketing automation platforms, CRM, and analytics
• Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to translate complex datasets into actionable
• Proactive, curious, solution-oriented, and highly collaborative mindset with exceptional attention
