Paralegal

📋 Description

• Support legal across commercial, regulatory, governance, employment, litigation, privacy, and product matters
• Draft, review, and manage vendor, customer, partnership, and data contracts; track obligations
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support business initiatives
• Support securities and corporate governance, including subsidiary management and equity reporting
• Coordinate litigation matters: document collection, subpoenas, and outside counsel engagement
• Assist with compliance program administration: policy management, trainings, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment with broad exposure to different areas of law
• Familiarity with legal workflows across commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, litigation, employment, or privacy
• Clear, concise communication with both legal and non-legal stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with initiative to improve processes
• Sound judgment, discretion, and integrity
