Paralegal / Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the company's vendor management process, including review and redlining of vendor
• Track vendor compliance documentation, collecting updated SOC 2 reports, certificates of insurance
• With General Counsel and deal desk, efficiently review and negotiate standard customer-facing SaaS
• Draft and negotiate customer Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and Standard Contract Clauses
• Own the high-volume intake, customization, and swift execution of standard corporate and commercial
• Form, qualify, and maintain domestic and international corporate entities, ensuring timely state

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 4 to 8+ years of contract management and paralegal experience, with at least 2 years
• Balanced and Flexible Skill Set: Proven ability to multitask effectively among inbound procurement
• Tech Sector Fluency: Deep understanding of software subscription models, recurring revenue
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Able to work closely and collaboratively with all company
