Paralegal

📋 Description

• Interview a client, analyze their medical records, and draft a persuasive memo arguing why the SSA
• Work with a client’s local representative to run down missing paperwork at SSA
• Take on an inefficient workflow that’s slowing the team down (e.g., processing case updates), scope
• Build client relationships; keep your caseload moving; and collaborate with attorneys on case
• Help Marketing source clients who’d be great in testimonials, or user test new tools for Product

🎯 Requirements

• You have experience in a professional role that required a substantial amount of client-facing work
• You are a resourceful team-player ready to dive into a scrappy startup environment where you will
• You are comfortable in a variety of interpersonal conversations; you can be empathetic and kind
• You have a demonstrated commitment to doing good and helping people.
