📋 Description

• Lead and inspire a team of sales associates on the shop floor
• Drive sales and deliver a world-class customer experience
• Open and close the store and manage cash handling
• Analyze sales results and adjust the store floor plan
• Train and coach the team on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Maintain a positive, productive store environment

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience coaching, feedback, and training
• Ability to solve day-to-day customer service issues
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
