📋 Description

• Lead play-based, multi-age care room for children ages 2–12
• Care for kids, lead activities and curriculum, communicate with parents
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of all children in the care room
• Lead age-appropriate activities and manage group dynamics with empathy
• Communicate regularly with parents and handle emergencies calmly
• Plan and implement curriculum and hands-on activities

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience as a Lead Teacher in daycare/preschool
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate learning
• Experience with diapering and diapering best practices for toddlers
• Familiarity with toilet training approaches and supporting children
• Strong communication skills with children and parents
