📋 Description

• Provide routine skilled nursing visits (30–60 minutes) for medication setup and general health
• Work one-on-one with patients in their homes and communities to help maintain independence and
• Schedule visits accordingly for weekday visits (no weekends or evenings)

🎯 Requirements

• Current MO RN or LPN license in good standing
• 1 year paid experience as an RN or LPN
• Current CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
