📋 Description

• Manage roadshows and LP events from planning through execution, including schedules, venues
• Coordinate GP and LP availability across multiple stakeholders, locations, and time zones
• Drive the LP engagement cadence by maintaining the engagement calendar and CRM, tracking meetings
• Coordinate and host LP experiences, ensuring each visit is polished, welcoming, and consistent with
• Drive LP-related deliverables, including fundraising milestones, DDQs, and data-room requests, by
• Drive cross-team projects from kickoff through completion, establishing work plans, timelines

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years in operations, program management, or supporting senior executives in a fast-paced
• Proven track record managing complex multi-city travel and high-stakes external events from
• Exceptional organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail; able to manage many moving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the polish and judgment to interface
• Strong project management ability, with the range to take initiatives from 0 to 1, set timelines
• Sound judgment and absolute discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
