• Treat each partner as a structured sales pursuit with detailed stakeholder mapping, account plans

• Own and drive key performance indicators: partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced revenue
• Establish clear success metrics with each partner and drive regular business reviews against targets

• Amplify the Anthropic brand across Italy through strategic partner relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology partnerships, ideally within cloud, AI/ML, or
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Deep existing relationships at VP+ level within target partners
• Data-driven mindset with focus on measurable outcomes and KPI attainment
• Track record of driving incremental revenues through partnerships in the region
• History of delivering exceptional customer success and brand protection through partner channels
