📋 Description

• Run the full project AP cycle across multiple sites and entities — PO matching, invoice intake and
• Own AP subledger-to-GL and vendor statement reconciliations, aging reviews, and month-end close
• Own vendor onboarding (tax documentation, banking verification, fraud safeguards) and drive the
• Lead and develop a team of 2–3; build scalable AP processes, approval workflows, and public-company

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive AP / accounting operations experience, including 3+ years leading a team.
• Deep project-based or construction AP experience — PO-driven workflows, capitalized costs; data
• Track record managing high invoice and payment volume across multiple legal entities and bank
• ERP fluency (NetSuite and Ramp) and advanced Excel; internal controls knowledge, with public
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
