📋 Description

• Own growth strategy, client opportunities, and lead multi-disciplinary engagements

• Oversee end-to-end transformation programs with AI and data analytics focus

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in senior-level management consulting, organization design, change management and AI
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-function transformation programs with measurable
• Strong client relationship management at C-suite level
• Background in AI-enabled transformations, data strategy, analytics, automation, cloud tech, and
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; able to articulate
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred

🎁 Benefits

• Base Salary: $300,000 - $350,000 plus uncapped Personal Sales Bonus (US)
