  • 4+ years in partner enablement, sales enablement, or SaaS roles.
  • Experience with channel, alliance, reseller, MSP, or cloud partners.
  • Experience with partner onboarding, activation, or success programs.
  • Familiarity with LMS, certification, or enablement platforms.
  • Experience across APAC markets and cultures.
  • Background in SaaS, cloud, observability, or infrastructure tech.
  • Knowledge of partner recruitment, segmentation, or consumption models.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and PM skills.
  • Experience developing onboarding, training, certification, or enablement programs.
  • Data-driven, organized, and skilled at stakeholder relationships.
  • Passionate about helping partners grow and succeed.
