Partner Manager, RFQ

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with a portfolio of pre-vetted
• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, understanding their business goals, manufacturing
• Proactively identify and address partner concerns related to bid opportunities, lead times
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with all partners to assess performance against key metrics (bid
• Track and present bid rates (opportunities received vs. bids submitted) and win rates (bids
• Discuss quality, delivery, and collaboration metrics to identify trends and opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or
• 5+ years of direct experience working with machine shops and manufacturing partners (required) —
• Deep understanding of machine shop operations, capabilities, and manufacturing processes (CNC
• Engineering background or technical manufacturing knowledge is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with external manufacturing
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and metrics interpretation
