Partner Marketing Manager Lead, Scale Services Partners

📋 Description

• Lead GTM strategy for Snowflake's scale services partner ecosystem (SI/resellers).
• Own end-to-end marketing plans across the SI/reseller ecosystem and partner regions.
• Enable regional teams and partners to self-execute joint go-to-market motions at scale.
• Identify gaps across sales, marketing, and partner ecosystems and build repeatable programs/tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B marketing with 6+ years in partner/channel/ecosystem GTM.
• Deep familiarity with SI/GSI and reseller ecosystems (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, CDW).
• Experience designing scalable enablement materials (playbooks, campaigns-in-a-box).
• Strong cross-functional influencer and executive communication skills.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms/AI workloads is a plus.
• Excellent ability to navigate ambiguity and build executable plans.
