• Proven track record building a partner marketing function and programs.
• Strong organizational and strategic thinking; manage multiple projects.
• Courage to initiate, pilot, and evaluate new programs.
• Deep understanding of the customer journey with partners.
• Experience leveraging AI to optimize partner programs and strategy.
