Partner, Media and Brand

📋 Description

• Lead the in-house media production team (films, content series, brand and design, writing
• Support cultivation of Praxis brand across all audience touchpoints and lead localization of Praxis
• Set and carry creative and editorial vision for Praxis in partnership with studio team and Managing
• Serve as creative producer across studio's slate, from films and series to brand work and campaigns
• Build and lead studio team, coach and develop direct reports, establish operating rhythms
• Drive distribution, localization roadmap for Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe, and South America

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in creative leadership, ideally spanning agency, client or in-house, and entrepreneurial
• Track record of producing standout creative work at a high bar and building/leading
• Experience standing up or scaling a media production team, in-house agency, or production capability
• Experience owning or stewarding a brand across multiple audiences, channels, or markets
• Experience managing agency, studio, and freelance relationships across disciplines
• Portfolio showing range and taste across formats with work that moved people
