Partner Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Assumes operational demands from partner accounts: extranet configuration, rates and promotions
• Performs initial diagnosis, evaluates impact, resolves issues within scope, and escalates other
• Ensures commercial agreements are executed correctly, prioritizes issues, and keeps partners
• Maintains account configuration including registrations, content, accommodations, policies and

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Customer Operations, Customer Success, B2B support or partner
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving operational or technical problems in collaboration with
• Analytical profile and strong diagnostic capability: gathers evidence, connects information, and
• Practical experience with CRM, preferably HubSpot, and ticket management tools such as ServiceNow
• Ability to organize multiple demands, prioritize by impact, and track deadlines and commitments.
• Clear communication, active listening and empathy to deal with partners, including under pressure.
