Partner Operations Data Analyst (Remote Eligible - Costa Rica)

📋 Description

• Maintain partner attribution logic, data quality, and cross-system reconciliation across Salesforce
• Validate partner opportunity data, including deal registration for partner-sourced deals, is
• Build and maintain visibility into partner health, pipeline health, and bookings results
• Design and execute structured data cleanup across Salesforce and the partner portal
• Partner with the Systems team on field-level access governance
• Drive the definition and documentation of partner active/inactive status logic and run annual review

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in partner operations, channel operations, revenue operations, or sales
• Hands-on Salesforce experience
• Deep expertise in cleaning and structuring large, messy datasets
• Experience in SaaS environment with CRM-driven pipeline, multi-tier partner segmentation
• Strong Excel or Google Sheet skills
• Excellent attention to detail and bias toward flagging issues
