Partner Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own and maintain partner operation trackers and milestones
• Coordinate cross-functional updates and timelines
• Manage partner bugs and technical escalations
• Build dashboards in Looker for visibility
• Analyze data in Excel/Sheets to inform decisions
• Drive process improvements for scalable ops

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in Partner Ops, Biz Ops, PM, or similar in SaaS/tech
• Strong organizational and project management; multitask
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; pivot tables, formulas
• Experience building dashboards in Looker or BI tools
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and accountability
• Strong communication; simplify complex ops for tech and non-tech audiences
