📋 Description

• Managing channel, queue and team leader/agent performance across in-house teams
• Identifying trends in performance and conducting root cause analysis
• Helping define new metrics, targets and best practices to drive improvements in merchant experience
• Presenting market performance updates and strategic implications to executive leadership
• Identifying operational efficiencies through automation and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a fast-moving and dynamic company
• Operational performance management in an in-house set-up
• Detail and action oriented with experience leading performance improvement projects
• Comfortable leading updates with senior stakeholders
• Knowledgeable of CRM systems (e.g. Zendesk/Salesforce)
• Solid analytical background (Excel pivot tables and INDEX MATCH), SQL desirable
