🎯 Requirements

• Analytical confidence & coding basics: Comfortable working with data in SQL and directly within
• ERCOT / Retail energy fluency: Solid grasp of Texas retail electric market mechanics, TDSPs, ESI
• Top-tier communication & partner focus: Ability to clearly explain technical processes, manage
• Meticulous attention to detail: A strong desire to ensure every step of a commercial contract
• AI-native mindset: Hands-on experience actively leveraging modern AI tools—specifically the Gemini
