📋 Description

• Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of service delivery partners (consultancies, MSPs
• Run partner business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) with senior stakeholders at partner firms; align on joint
• Support light partner recruitment, working off internally-sourced leads (from Sales, CS, and PS
• Partner with our Partner Certification team to ensure services-focused learning content is built
• Own the broader services-side partner enablement experience — onboarding, ongoing training
• Define and monitor partner delivery quality metrics (implementation CSAT, time-to-audit, control

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partner programs, channel/alliances, partner enablement, or partner
• Demonstrated experience designing or operating partner enablement, certification, or accreditation
• Strong program management skills — able to run multiple concurrent workstreams and partner cohorts
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to internal leadership and
