Partner Relationship Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, developing trusted relationships
• Manage partner-related financial matters, including fees, concessions, invoicing, and applicable
• Evaluate partner needs and determine appropriate product and technical solutions by balancing
• Coordinate cross-functional engagement across legal, sales, marketing, implementation, technical
• Ensure internal teams deliver solutions and services in accordance with partner commitments
• Act as project manager for partner initiatives, establishing expectations, tracking progress

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in account management or a related client-facing role, preferably within
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, negotiate, and influence effectively with
• Proven track record of maintaining and growing customer relationships through exceptional service
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Experience developing and delivering professional presentations to business and technical audiences.
