📋 Description

• Own the operating relationship with a named set of Tier 1 and Tier 2 venture firms
• Run a recurring cadence with each assigned firm with clear agendas, pre-work, and follow-through
• Build relationships beyond the typical platform owner into investment, talent, and community teams
• Define and deliver joint initiatives with partner firms that support the growth of portfolio
• Run portfolio-facing enablement: workshops, office hours, founder sessions, event participation
• Work closely with the Braze sales team on introductions, converting relationship depth into

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Partnerships, Sales, Business
• Direct, hands-on experience partnering with VC firms
• Comfortable being the single point of contact for a named portfolio of firms
• Confident enough with Braze's platform and composable architecture to speak credibly to a firm's
• Track record of building operating cadence and joint programming with external partners
• Highly organised and execution-focused, able to manage multiple firm relationships and initiatives
