📋 Description

• Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner resources.
• Lead joint business planning to align Datadog and partner tech teams.
• Support partner initiatives: demos, proofs of value, enablement workshops.
• Advocate for partners' technical concerns with Datadog to drive resolution.
• Analyze partner services and boost adoption of Datadog features.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and services to prioritize new features.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT development and/or operations.
• 10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner facing technical role.
• Self-starter with business acumen; articulate Datadog value from server room to boardroom.
• Confident presentation skills.
• Hands-on in two+ areas: observability, cloud, containers, scripting, config mgmt, CI/CD.
• Bonus: channel-partner experience; Datadog or other monitoring tools; root-cause analysis.
