📋 Description

• Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources.
• Participate in joint planning and reviews to align Datadog and Partner tech teams.
• Collaborate on partner initiatives like demos, proofs of value, and enablement workshops.
• Advocate for partners’ technical concerns with Datadog teams to drive resolution.
• Analyze partner service offerings and suggest improvements for Datadog adoption.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and services to prioritize new features.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid technical grounding in IT Development/Operations.
• 10–15 years in customer- or partner-facing technical roles.
• Self-starter with business acumen; able to articulate Datadog value.
• Confident presentation skills.
• Experience in two+ areas: Observability, Cloud, Containers, Dev/Scripting, Config Mgmt, CI/CD.
• Bonus: channel-partner experience and Datadog or cloud-monitoring tools.
