Partner Solutions Architect (Pan-EMEA GSI)

📋 Description

• Ensure onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources.
• Participate in joint business planning and reviews to align Datadog and Partner teams.
• Collaborate on partner initiatives such as demos, proofs of value, and enablement workshops.
• Advocate for Partners’ technical concerns with Datadog teams to drive resolution.
• Analyze partner offerings and advise on improving value and adoption of Datadog features.
• Partner with product, engineering, and technical services to identify and prioritize new features.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT development and/or operations.
• 10–15 years in a customer or partner facing technical role.
• Self-starter with business acumen; articulate Datadog value from server room to boardroom.
• Confident presentation skills.
• Hands-on in two+ areas: Observability tools, Public Cloud, Containerization, Dev/Scripting.
